Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be in the same condition as received
Be unworn or unused
Have all original tags attached, where applicable
Be in its original packaging
Include the receipt or other proof of purchase

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise incorrect item received from us, we will provide appropriate instructions for returning the item.

For returns requested because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong item, or no longer want the product, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Exchanges

Order Cancellation

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests before an order has been processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible and the standard return policy may apply.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If your return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for us to process an approved refund. After the refund is issued, your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the funds to your account.

Refund Amount

Approved refunds will generally cover the eligible purchase amount being returned.

Original shipping charges may not be refundable when the return is due to a change of mind, incorrect selection, or another reason unrelated to an error on our part.
